Michelle Neujahr, Owner

 

Michelle is a passionate entrepreneur and brass-tacks businessperson. In addition to owning NU-YAR Construction with her husband David, Michelle owns nu-yar, a business consulting company uniquely focused on growth. At NU-YAR Construction Michelle oversees strategic planning, marketing, finances, and company culture.    

 

Over the course of her career, Michelle helped David grow their Minnesota-based construction company, co-led a business growth group for the Small Business Association called Scale-Up, and serves as an Associate Professor of Business at Southern Maine Community College, where she teaches entrepreneurship and marketing. Michelle has a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine.

 

Michelle is passionate about entrepreneurship, networking, and professional development. She’s known to talk to random strangers about their business ideas. 

 

Michelle is committed to family. In her spare time, Michelle loves to read, hike, and travel.
